Sue Watts Reflexology MAR
Complementary Healthcare Therapist
Registered Reflexologist for Rugby, Daventry and surrounding villages -
I became qualified in October 2013 where I gained an Itec Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology which included Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology for Complementary Therapies. I'm both mobile and I also work from my home in Barby. Before the pandemic started, I also regularly visited a local disabled centre and care home to do treatments.
When an area in the body becomes weak or out of balance, it affects the normal nerve and blood supply to the feet, as a result, it slows down circulation and forms crystal like deposits. By manipulation of the reflexes, it restores circulation of blood which allows nature to restore health. Improvement of blood circulation in the body increases vitality in a person. When there is no flow or poor flow, we become stagnant.
A trained Reflexologist works on certain areas of the feet which may then help with certain disorders in the body.
Having Reflexology done regularly may help to bring the whole person back into a natural balanced state.
I'm registered with the Association of Reflexologists, Registration No. 25138 so you can be assured that I'm both qualified and insured. Mrs Suzanne Watts.
I Use the Original Eunice Ingham Method (Mother of Reflexology).
Eunice Ingham Quote
'If you're feeling out of kilter, don't know why or what about, let your feet reveal the answer, find the sore spot, work it out'.
